Positive Regard Teaching School is led by Springwell Special Academy. As a values driven organisation we champion a collaborative and empathetic approach and believe strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Positive Regard TSA engages with a large number of Primary, Secondary and Special School settings. We have been at the forefront of School Direct Teacher Training since 2013, and are also a designated Appropriate Body for NQT accreditation. As a Teaching School we offer cross phase Continuous Professional Development and have a number of SLEs, LLEs and NLEs who are deployed to School to School support and they also deliver training across the Teaching School Alliance.

Positive Regard specialises in offering bespoke Behaviour Support that is delivered by a team of active practitioners.
